Geniya helped us find our perfect home despite the curve balls the home-buying process brings. She listened to our needs and helped us find the home of our dreams. She truly went above and beyond helping us understand things that come up that a new homeowner would not know of. But truly she is a savvy, honest, and swift negotiator and helped deal with things that came up. We can also comment about her preferred lender. Talk about transparency and the best financing options up front which is huge. My wife and I were worried about buying a home but financing was just as big. We wanted to make sure we were working with people that wouldn't direct us to what they want but more to what was right for us. After working with her and witnessing her ability to see things in a home (good or bad) that a first-time home buyer wouldn’t think of or even know of. Helped us be at ease. Coupled with her team's attentiveness and responsiveness it was as if we were right there next to her every step of the way. We recognize we made a couple of situations harder than they needed to be but her patience calmed us and kept us reassured. When you are selling your house, you have an idea in your head of how much you would like to sell it for and how much you are likely to sell it for. Not only did Geniya sell it for more than we thought we could she sold it much faster! She represented us so well that it made it so easy to just sit back and trust her to do her thing.
